Loved every moment of it, could use a washing machine and an iron. Staff was helpful and affable, helped us with everything. There was a bath in the private bathroom. The neighbourhood was great.

No complains at all, everything was excellent here.
Stayed there for 19 nights, appreciated it. The location was great as I wanted close enough to bus stop and train station, Gunnersbury underground station and a supermarket. And I was located close to trains & buses. Overall the staff was lovely here. Rooms were clean and I could use a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle.

I had a nice 1 night stay in London. I had studio suite with the temperature in the apartment. Bathroom included a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels, and that's important. This accommodation was appropriately priced.

The location of the hotel is great, being conveniently situated near the train station and also next to the Brentford stadium. This makes it easy to explore the area and attend events. the proximity to trains and buses also makes it convenient for getting around the city. the rooms are new and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.
The check-in process at this hotel seems to be a bit disorganized and could be improved.
